Refund policy


Lacartomanzialtelefono BOUTIQUE want all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied please email us at [email protected] where we will try and resolve any issues.  


 ACCEPTED RETURNS
ONLINE RETURNS ONLY - (FOR BOUTIQUE RETURNS SEE IN STORE/TILL RECEIPT) 

Please return any unwanted items within 14 days from delivery, or for Click & Collect orders, from the day your order was processed for collection.

Any postal charges are the Customers responsibility and will not be reimbursed. 

 Items will only be accepted if they are unworn, unwashed, unused and in a resealable condition. Items MUST have original tags intact, and be in original undamaged packaging.

Items marked with makeup, fake tan, pet hair, smelling of smoke, perfume, or washing powder will not be accepted.

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot offer returns on pierced jewellery.

Sale/Promotional & Pre Ordered Items - Will be credited with a Store Credit which will come in the form of an Online Gift card which is valid for 3 months from the date the return is received.
Clearance Items - Are non returnable & non refundable

Failing to follow our requirements and in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, will result in your return not being processed and sent back to you.

EXCHANGE

Cannot always be guaranteed due to stock levels, however if this is required please contact us and we will try and resolve where possible.

Promotional offers may have ended at the time of reordering and cannot always be guaranteed.

FAULTY ITEMS  

In the event where you are returning an item because it is faulty, please email us at [email protected] before returning with a full description of the fault, your name and order number so we can log your return and if possible attach a photograph. We will do our best to resolve any issues. 

You have 30 days from delivery, or for Click & Collect orders, from the day your order was processed for collection.

Please note we do not except items that have been washed.

Once we have received the item back for inspection we will contact you with a resolution. 

 An exchange will be offered where possible.

Any refunds are offered at the discretion of Lacartomanzialtelefono Boutique.

Lacartomanzialtelefono Boutique reserves the right to refuse any item we suspect has been defaulted intentionally.

Any costs incurred for returning a faulty item back to us will be refunded up to the same original postage charge paid. Please make sure you have proof of postage and a receipt for these costs as proof will be required to refund the cost.

We recommend all parcels are returned to us via a tracked service and up to the value of the original postal service. Any additional cost where parcels are returned via next day service/special delivery will not be reimbursed.

PROCESSING YOUR RETURN

Returns will be processed within 1-2 working days of receiving. 

Once your return has been processed you will receive a confirmation email.

Items returned from an order which qualified for free delivery making the total order value below the required amount, will have the original postage costs deducted off the refunded amount.

Your refund may take 2-7 working days to appear back in your account. This is dependant on your own banks process and not ours. Please take in to account any Bank Holidays.

If you haven't received back within this time please contact your bank.

Your order will be refunded back on to the original payment method including gift cards/store credits.

Store Credits can be used Online & Instore and must be valid at the time of return to obtain the refund.

HOW TO RETURN 

Please ensure you complete the enclosed Returns Form and select the appropriate option. Any additional information can be written in the blank box provided. This will enable us to process your return as quickly and smoothly as possible.

If you no longer have the returns form please enclose a note with the following information - Name, Order Number, Reason For Return and any additional information we may need.

Ensure your parcel is correctly packaged and fully sealed. You can turn our packaging inside and and reuse.

Until the item has been received back to us in the same condition it was sent, it is your responsibility. We highly recommend using a tracked service so you can be notified when the parcel has arrived back at our warehouse as
Lacartomanzialtelefono BOUTIQUE will not be responsible for lost parcels.
