We aim to process all orders received on the same day, however during busy times this may not always be guaranteed, and may be processed the following day, excluding Sundays & Bank Holidays.

CLICK & COLLECT ORDERS
All orders are processed as quickly as possible and we always aim to process for same day/next available collection time.
Once your order has been processed for collection, you will receive a
'READY FOR PICK UP EMAIL CONFIRMATION'. Please DO NOT collect until you have received this email.
Please ensure the person collecting quotes your Full Name & Order Number.

After an order has been processed we cannot guarantee amendments.
However please call us on (+358)414983721 with any queries and we will do our best to resolve.
COURIER SERVICE
We currently use Yodel & DPD Courier Service. You will receive an email off the courier with your tracking number once your order has been processed in their system. This email will allow you to check the journey of your parcel. If no one is home to accept your delivery, an email will be sent with further instructions. Once your parcel has been delivered your tracking email will be updated. Please check your status and wait for the full process/delivery time to end before contacting us.
EUROPE & INTERNATIONAL
Due to the changes with Brexit, unfortunately at present we do not be ship outside of the UK. We are hopeful this will change in the near future.
